Returns & Exchanges

At Mandatory Disc Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions: 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. This means the discs should not have been thrown, marked, or show any signs of wear. Apparel should be unworn and unwashed.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, packing slip) is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items that are not the result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., discs with custom stamps).
  • Sale or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise specified.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at zack@mandatorydiscgolf.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). 
  3. Packaging Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible, or in a sturdy box. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate the item you would like to exchange it for when you contact us.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead, unless you specify otherwise.
  • You may be responsible for any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item, as well as any additional shipping costs for the exchanged item. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
